If you've joined us for Freedom Under the Stars, you already know there is something extraordinary about this land. The towering pines, the shimmering lake, the crackling fire, and the open sky create a setting that naturally invites presence. It's the kind of place that reminds you to exhale.

Welcome to the 6th Sacred Bites!
Hosted by Chef Blossom Legend, this is far more than dinner, it's a living food ceremony celebrating the flavors, traditions, and hospitality of South America, Latin America, and the Caribbean.
As the sun begins to soften, we'll gather lakeside for an intentionally crafted feast featuring organic, farm-to-table ingredients, vibrant seasonal produce, fire-grilled meats, roasted vegetables, sweet plantains, fresh avocado, crema, handmade accompaniments, and inspired global flavors that awaken both memory and curiosity.
Before we eat, we'll pause. We'll bless the meal together, honoring the farmers, the earth, the hands that prepared it, and one another. Live drumming will gently weave through the ceremony, transforming the meal into something you don't simply taste—you feel. Every rhythm, every aroma, every bite becomes an invitation to slow down, connect, and nourish every part of yourself.
As twilight settles over the lake, the experience evolves. The tables give way to the fire.

Whether you've never held a drum or you've played for years, this experience isn't about performance, it's about remembering. Together we'll create a heartbeat that echoes through the forest and reminds us what it feels like to be fully alive in community.

For those who aren't ready for the evening to end, you're invited to stay.
Pitch your tent beneath the pines, fall asleep under a blanket of stars, and awaken to birdsong, fresh morning air, and light refreshments shared among new friends before we lovingly close our gathering at 1:00 PM on Sunday, August 16, 2026.
This isn't just an event.
