Participants arrive and check-in, and are free to check out the booth of vendors and sponsors.

Opening Circle to welcome everyone followed by a guided sound bath meditation

Participants are guided through a series of inhale and exhales to experience the healing effects of different breathing techniques cultivated by our ancestral cultures.

Hands-on time to explore all of the booths as well as connect to different people in the community

Event introductions, meeting the Bayou partners

Dr. Charlie leads participants on a moving meditation that make Tai Chi and Qi Gong movement accessible to a beginner-friendly audience

Participants now join us for music and dancing

Meesh Martinez leads us into connecting with drums and music as we play together in community

Closing remarks and thanks to the community
We turn community wellness into something people can feel, not just something they can read about.
Where to Find Us
Shuttle transportation is available to and from camp. Participants can be picked up near the York Street Subway Station on the F subway line. Subway access to the F, G, A, C, 2, 3 and B67.
